  Both of my grandchildren attended flowery from the kindergarten until they went on to Jr. High, they both excelled academically with straight A's. They have embraced speaking and writing in Spanish and have found it useful when they traveled with their parents, who have taken them to Mexico on several occasions and to Argentina. I volunteered once and the teacher did not speak any English to me and I was informed this would happen. This is an immersion school and that is how it is set up the first 4 years. I know that my grandchildren will find this useful for the rest of their lives. I think in this new global economy it is imperative that younger people should know more than one language.This is the best age for children to learn a new language. They have continued to have good grades in the non immersion Jr. High. I cannot speak highly enough about Flowery, it's fabulous teachers and it's immersion program.
